Current Status
Well, I've begun reinventing the wheel. (http://www.aaronpropst.com/wiki/wikihack2.php?wname=Current+Projects). At the moment, the code there will parse wiki markup enough to figure out links and the simplest (single level) lists.
I think that's enough that i could use it to make a wiki published news page.

Update: Spammers and Assholes
Well, at the very least, any 'publishing' i do with a wiki would need to be on protected pages, because spamming assholes can't keep their fucking hands off my little wiki. They successfully nuked pretty much every page on this site and replaced it with invisible site links. I'm researching locking this thing down.. (which kinda defeats the point) all in all.. i'm sad.
